Just add ".com" to the end of each company's name to reach their site.

No they'll still be around, they are closing their CPC section on the 1st of August.

You'll notice the original question was asked about CPC, not CPA...

Yes, also TargetWords and PopUpSponsor both seem reputable companies run by the same people and so does FindIt-Quick. Although I am yet to recieve revenue from these companies they always respond to any queries very fast!
