I have heard of many scripts and I have seen many collections of them in hosting providers.
I want to know is there any way to add scripts of our own ?
Where can I get such scripts? What are the best scripts you have come accross?
Which is the best bulletein board according to you?

You can code your own php scripts if you know how
You can download scripts from everywhere. HotScripts.com <- start there
You can install any script you want on your server, (of course if the script is compatible. ex: server has php)
Imo the best forums:
free: Invision Power (paid now, but im still using old free version)
paid: vBulletin

Best forums
Free- phpBB
Paid- vBulletin or Ultimate Bulletin Board
Basically as Wojtek said, www.hotscripts.com is the best scripts repository.
If you need any scripts wing a PM my way and I'll sort something out for you.

I agree with NetMaster. I think phpBB is the best free bulletin board and vBulletin is the best paid bulletin board.

to use a script you downloaded you need a server, or serverspace with support for the script language the script is coded in... a lot of scripts requires a database too, mysql is the most common one...
