Were those "new" accounts? (less than half a year old)
were they possibly using much bandwidth?

no they are ones about just over 6 months old , not using excess bandwidth either

I have got dozen accounts at f2s.com
Recently they deleted my lastest one. It was 2 months old only.
When there was a traffic about 1000 hits/day to my site, everithing was ok. But on the last day of it's life the traffic raced up to 5000 hits/day.
So, I think, d99janh was right, when he wrote that it's due to using huge bandwidth on the young accounts.

couple of thousand a day , may be adviable to spread the load!

I though f2s was supposed to offer "unlimited" bandwidth? Maybe they figured out that their servers are so slow because of the sites with a lot of traffic, so they decide to back down on their "unlimited" promise and hide behind the "We reserve the right to delete any account at any time" rule in the TOS.

Never.
From thier TERMS:
You agree not to use the Freedom To Surf webhosting services to run server based processes. The cpu resource limit is set to: 1.26 million Intel PIII Mhz per website.
I guess, it means bandwidth restriction. (but how big?)
They suspended the infracting accounts before and now they delete them!

No, it means CPU load, not bandwidth. I asked at their Phorum once what it would take to reach that amount but the answers didn't make me any wiser. ;)

The more visitors, the more pageviews, the more script runnings, the more cpu load and bandwidth. Am I right?

Yes and no. You can have a site that uses much bandwidth but hardly any processor resources. On the other hand you can run a script that makes the processor glow and still doesn't use much bandwidth. So one can't say that high CPU usage = high bandwidth. It could be for a specific site of course, but I don't think one can make that assumption generally speaking.

yep, they are in no way related to each other
<?php for (;;){ $i++; } ?>
lots of CPU load no bandwidth
OK bandwidth use will always need a little CPU power behind it.
