Free caricatures, funny pictures or sth like this?

Can you say where can I find royalty-free caricatures, funny pictures and stuff like this?
I don't mind if they have some advertisments (like visit us at ???.com) written on them but they should be free to use on your own web site.

I think the best you can do is if you see some site, ask the webmaster for permission if you may put his/her pictures... on your site. I don't think there are sites that have funny pictures etc. just for giving away.

When you surf jokesites like I do, you tend to find the same funny pics on different sites. Who´s to say who owns the copyright when you've seen the same funny picture on about 20 different sites and in 2 or 3 different languages!!!
Get what I mean?
