Need a host to stream video from (lots of bandwidth)

I need a host to be able to stream 150kbps video, with about 10 slots running 12 hours a day. I am looking for something under $30 a month if possible.

A calculation found somewhere else says 150Kbps costs 1Gb per 4hours per user.
So 1Gb * 3 = 3gb per user per day * 10 slots = 30Gb / Day * 30 = 900gb / Month...
If I am correct (otherwise please correct me) you expect to get this for less then $30?

buy a dedicated server with 1000 GB/month transfer
