Was wondering what i need to do to start a website containing adult content? Mainly I'm wondering about the legal part of the site. And if I'm selling acces to the site/page would that require a business license? And if it does, what kind of license is it called?, cause I haven't been able to find anything for the subject, my location is in alaska, so I'm not even sure how to find out if i can even opperate one.

also will any hosting place host this type of site? the site is only going to be personal images and videos niether for sale but download able, or saved. would this type of site be considered a busines our a personal site?

you will need a special host, because not everywhere will host adult sites, plus they use alot of bandwidth, hmm if it doesnt require purchasing i dont think it is a business site, unless there is a way to make profit from it. But then how will you afford to keep it up?
