Best Free host for Flash movies?

Some hosts say that they "support flash". What do they mean? I thought flash would work from anywhere if the user had the plug-in. Do those hosts offer something special in this case?

Also, which is the best free host for flash movies? I need CGI and the more server side things they have the better(i might need some in the future). It has to be FAST and reliable. But I don't care if they have long ULRs or ads, so please make your sugestions without considering this 2 factors.

I think it's just that they accept .swf files. Some hosts like freehost.nu (http://www.freehost.nu) only accept a few extensions, like .html, .htm, .class, .jpg, etc... but if you rename your flash movie to filename.class, it will work too I believe
