Linux has that nice lil tray thingy :p

Otherwise for windows the only tray weather I know is from my local weather provider.

Hmm, isn't there some app that can display your system info, the calender, TV programs, the weather and stuff like that right on your desktop (wallpaper, the place where all your icons go, you know, the Recycle Bin, whatever)? That's what I had in mind, except all I need is the weather info.
