Mydomain Help Needed

I'm using Mydomain for my .org.kg domain, but scince a few days i've got serious delays (+/- 2 hours for one mail).
Anybody else has the same problem?
Anybody has alternatives?

i have the same problem. i have no solutions. ther's nothing to do about it, unless you choose another service.
