no. i just want make my payment easily... because it's hard to pay to the aboard from the people's republic of china

But you can always pay by credit card or bank cheque. Most of the transactions take place online only.

no.... my card does not support paypal..
commonly our card can not pay to any other country..

He didnt ask for a host that accepts internationnal payments.
He CANT pay to someone outside of China. Are you in China?

And their asking for ASP hosting which you don't advertise at all ?? '100mb asp'

Maybe ask if it's ok for some CGI implimentation?
