Cheap Hosting with a Domain Name

I was looking at 9kd.net. $15.00 a year. That is great! I would not mind paying that much. But I need a domain too. Are there any other hosts less that $30 a year that include a domain? The features I would like:

30+MB
2 GB+ Transfer
CGI-BIN
PHP4
FTP


Please tell me if this is too much to ask for. But 9kd.net seems a lot cheaper than most hosts.

Why don't you go with 9kd.net and buy a domain in http://www.powerpipe.com for $8.88/year?
Then.. you spend $23.88/year :)

It's probably best that you register your domain on your own since you can choose the registrar and can manage the domain by yourself. And you can be assured that you have ownership of the domain.

Also, I don't think 9kd offers telnet or ssh.. When using pay hosting, I feel it is essential that you should have shell access, especially if you are into script development.
