Hi all,
I've just taken over a site from a previous webmaster and been trying to contact the host company called Namesplus.co.uk to get some bandwidth but they don't tend to reply at all. They are on the ISP list but their site is just gif picture and an email address which obviously they don't use.
Do you know anything more about this company? (ie: contact details)
I've tryed the support request form from the login as well but it has been deaf so far.
Thanks,
Z

I've just track down the address you've given me and came out that that is a business centre. I got the phonenumber and called them, they said that the company Tradelink is no longer there, they had moved out before the business centre was estabilished. I am going to call the Company House...
I'll report anyway...,

The comapnies house doesn't have any of these names (Tradelink, Namesplus) registered in the UK, so I wrote an email to nic.uk, thay might be able to help.

After a week finally I got a reply over email from Namesplus, they apologised for the delay and answered my questions.
The site has been hosted by them for years, the only thing I got from the previous webmaster was a login and pass. I still don't know who pays for it, but the main thing concerned me was the domain as the owner is an artist with a well known name in the USA.
Hopefully we got back on track, thank you for your help.

Great! Since early morning I have been unable to access my site again, nor their own website. I've got their phonenumber from nic.uk which says I've dialed an incorrect number.
