Disability Accessibility Advice?

Silktide Ltd. (http://www.silktide.com/index.php) said that my website was not in compliance with British legal requirements.
I live in the United States but I am sensitive to those with disabilities so I would like to improve my website so that it would be more accessible.

The buttons on which the text appears are quite dark, so either get lighter-coloured buttons (as the text is black) or lighten the text colour.
