I'm looking for a dedicated server with around following specs:

Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHZ
(1024mb) 1GB DDR RAM
1x 80bg Hard Drive
Cpanel (cpanel is a must)

Currently, this server is needed right away , I have a $100 budget for December but will pay more in January, if anybody has introductory deals or specials right now that could help me out. I will also need more servers in the future. Just at this time , I'm in an urgency and I need someone with a deal or special for December that can match my $100 budget for this month.

Hi BigRed, I decided to post here so others may see it if they ask the same questions.

-I am willing to pay up to $100 for the month of December (including the cost of Cpanel and set up fees)
-Starting Janurary , I am willing to pay $100-$200/month (including the cost of Cpanel)
-I'm looking for actual companies with intro offers or things of the such, so if you're currently running a special or willing to give me a special, please post or PM with a URL so I can get more information.

And whoever is wondering, I really don't care about who can provide the cheapest, I just care about quality and specs for my budget range. :-)
