$8/year web host?

Hi, I'm looking for an inexpensive webhost. I don't need tons of space, but a decent amount of bandwidth would be nice. An old thread pointed me towards a fairly nice webhost for $10/year, and one that apparently offered $8/year, but the link was dead.

It was an old thread, so I was wondering what might be new in the past two years.

WMSpecialties. Do you really think that a member who is looking for inexpensive hosting and mentions $8 to $10 per year plans would really consider $47.75/year? Think about it. :rolleyes2

I understand where you are coming form, although you are getting tons more space and bandwidth than 50Mb and 5Gb. I don't gives specials under a dollar,because 50mb is almost nothing in hosting, I would give free hosting for that kind of space before I would charge anything for that. Also you have to be crazy to accept $1 or less in a credit card transactions becasause as soon as the transaction goes through you get about $0.20. I am sorry about the post, but its a good deal if you want to pay hardly nothing and get alot of space adn bandwidth. In addition, If you are going to get hosting, do it right for not that much more. I was trying to bring this idea across.

If he's not going for the reseller plan, which he can sell the extra space, why do think he wants to pay more per month than the reseller plan?
