Hello ppl,
I have had an account at crosswinds for about a year and everything was nice and sweet until today: they completely deleted my site (100Mb+, 3500+ files), for this reason: 'you uploaded wav files, without authorisation' , YEAH RIGHT!! I did not (why would I lie) and therefore I am quite pissed, but I guess that's life (or is it the complete morons at Crosswinds? Hmm... tough choice).
Anyways, I was looking for a new place to put my homepage and after some searching came here. Handy I thought, a complete list with almost all the free hosters. But after reading the reviews on all the free services >50Mb I think that there are no good ones! Everyone is complaining about slow connection / FTP or whatever. Now that's your good right, but now I do not know what host to choose for my page. I do know that I want FTP upload 'cause I am not in the mood for uploading 3500 files again, and I want a pop-up banner as ad (preferably no ad, but I haven't seen any who has that).
Quite depressing by the way: reading all those reviews!
Does anyone know a GOOD host who does that? If so then please reply or mail at: flashmono@hotmail.com
