A certain CSS style

Hello!

I am looking for the codes of how to create this special CSS style for a link. If you go to the site: http://www.fcparma.it/index2.asp

On their links, it seems like it´s made by a table. The table changes background and font colors. I´d like to know the codes for how to make this.

Anyone who has a clue?

Too bad that my site is built with templates, and that this thing don´t work as it should with templates. My site would look very weird with it.

But it´s good to know this in case I build a site with no templates whatsoever. :)
