What is my site:
1. Home-page of shareware developer - small programs download and documentation pages.
2. ~3100 hits per month (must grow :)
3. 2-languages (English, Russian)

What I looking for:
1. >20 Mb space
2. No ads (If it is possible)

4. FTP with no file size limitation

Are you the developer of the shareware/freeware programs? If yes you can checkout the packages at smokyhosts.com (http://www.smokyhosts.com) . But it is greatly required that you/your team must be the developer of those programs. You must not host the programs developed by somebody else.

200MB and 3GB It is too many for me... But... what is your banner content? It maust be on all pages? What part of page (top or bottom)? And what about safety, I do not want to search for another hosting next year.

The banner will be a customized Google banner. It might not be on every page but rather, on just the more popular pages. It depends on the page design for the placement of the website, though top is preferred. I have been providing my free service for the past 3 months and I have no intention to end my services as I am currently hosting some pretty good websites with good traffic.
