I believe people have said some bad things about them claiming everyone's site content as their own, but it's about all that's out there, except for several that aren't accepting new signups and http://www.portland.co.uk . Or, if your site is non commercial maybe you can try BarrysWorld (http://www.barrysworld.com/hosting/default.asp).
