Virtual Private Server required

Hi,

Am in the process of launching a website which uses light - moderate
server resources and require a VPS with the following requirements:
- atleast 1gig webspace
- atleast 80 gigs bandwidth
- optional asp/asp.net, ms access & ms sql support
- perl, php, mysql
- 99.99% uptime

Price, am flexible to a certain extend but the budget is not too high.
I know that there are shared hosting accounts, like fast-host.com which
offers deals that are in my requirement but am not sure of there services
and so looking for a reliable host.

Windows VPS is very expensive, like MaximumASP. You can order a Windows server with that amount of money
