i would suggest trying to cut down the file size. it took 30 seconds for the thing to finish loading for me

Also, you may want to make it a standard size:

320x31
120x60
120x90


Other than that, it's quite nice... although the load time is a bit too slow. :(

You could do the same thing with Flash (.swf). It would be less than 5k and look even better.

The best idea would be to simplify it, and also to use a smaller button size. A small size is good too. the quicker it loads, the faster someone will see it instead of someone else's.
