100mb of space (though as low as 50mb)
10gb of bandwidth
PHP4
MySQL (unlimited space and databases)
10 or more POP3 accounts
domain hosting
subdomains (ability to set url or ip to forward to)

< $10 a month..

Check out tera-byte.com plan 4, $9.25 per month. Almost included everything you want, except for the unlimited mysql db and subdomain forwarding.
