being serious now, I think you should change the orange text its a bit hard to focus on, on the darker grey bg, and maybe move your poll to the LHS, and centre everything inc your wicked banner. :)

Very nice site... although maybe make the top cell's background blue (with the banner in it) so it can match the banner. Like what you've done at the bottom.
