Most of the other I have seen on here that are said to be cheap are still out of my range.I will not be making any money off my site if I build it so who is the best and cheapest?...No more than $25.00-$30.00 per year..I Dont need anything special tools like PHP,fonr page support or SQL or any of that stuff..Its just a star wars fan site with maybe a 100 visitors a month,and enough space to have at least 10 or so pages and file storage(maybe10-20 mb or so).Basically Identical to what any free host would provide will be fine only difference is I need to be able to hotlink and upload whatever I want with no hassles..And I still have not found a free host that allows this.Or one that is accepting new members..Any help is appreciated..

Hi thanks for the reply back with the leads guys.But I looked at tera-byte and their cheapest was $69.00 per year though.I would have liked to gone with them as for I have heard good reviews,but they want more than I can afford.And I also heard good about below10host,but their cheapest was $50.00 I belive.The others I will have to look up..Its not really worth it to me to pay more than to pay a maximum of $30.00 yearly because I will not be making any profit off the site so..Anyway thanks again for the posts..And I welcome any new posts as well..

But I am not sure if you might got screwed for going with them. Just think that you might need them as reference.

Psx do you have a website with them?If so may I check it out?Also I was unable to successfully load that host's page into netscape navigator.Any ideas as to why their page wont come up?All that I see is a turning cogwheel.. which is pretty cool..
