Are there any sites that offer pop3 email sending?
My web host offers SMTP but not POP3.
Thanks

I'm using it and it isn't bad. Only thing, the start page is in german, but it's possible to go to the English site.

You can also try f2s.com. It has POP3 services. But you need to use your ISP's SMTP (unless they're your ISP as well).

Yahoo has POP3 , you have to enable it in the options thingy. And they supposedly send you spam once a week but I haven't received anything yet.

POP3 is used to retrieve mail from your email service provider. So you can use the settings that you service provider gives you with your service provider only. SMTP is used to send mail from you computer. So usually you can use any ISP's/Host's smtp server to send mail. But they usually restrict access or don't provide smtp access for fear of abuse by spammers.
