This might be a shot in the dark, but I'm after this:

I've decided after reading a few threads on this forum, to be a little more flexible. I realise that I could probably get this kind of hosting from a really cheap awful company, but I don't want to sacrafice peace of mind when it comes to uptime, and customer service etc, so I'd rather have a good, solid host, which offered less bandwidth etc for the same price, than some crappy new kiddie host offering things like $1.99 a month for 50 gb or whatever.

Ultimately I want to get something like the following, but I can be flexible.

Haven't decided yet, I was actually almost certain about buying XEN hosting, and wrote out all my details in the signup forms etc, but then I read the ToS and there was something in their that bothered me.
