Hi! I need a template badly, but I don't have DreamWeaver (I couldn't download it) so uh I can't make a one :( and I'm very crappy with html..
So, if you can make it, it'd be made with tables.. roughly something like this-

... but hmm not that simple. The colour theme would be something with very dark red or something. I can't give much back.. but your banner/link on my site (on the index page) will be fine. And sure it'll stay there as long as my site exists. Thanks a lot! :D
