What's the best program to make websites? Is it free? Easyness of use?

Free, probably not.

Something like Frontpage or Dreamweaver. Its where I started, but generally just try and learn HTML.

I tried downloading the trial version of dreamweaver, but it doesn't work. It says that some file is missing or something.

Salaam, I learned the fundamentals of html using wordpad, books, and tips from an online friend in Australia. I looked in tucows.com & cnet.com for html editors. I used to use a "freeware" html editor entitled "Web-O-Rama."
If you understood html, that program was okay but even though it had been classified as "freeware" in tucows.com, the program turned into "nagware" :P

When I bought a new computer, I decided to buy Dreamweaver.

I understand your quest for a free html editor. I think an updated version of "Web-O-Rama" is available from cnet.com but I decided not to download the program because user reviews warned that the download was bundled with spyware. Even if the spyware accusations are false, I remember that the program did nag you in the beginning to send a donation. I am happy now with Dreamweaver.

Why don't you go to places like tucows.com, cnet.com, and zdnet to search for an html editor listed in the freeware category? Read the reviews & see the ratings for the product. Beware of products with a "free trial" for they are not truly freeware. If you find a freeware or even a shareware product that you like, please come back here to tell everyone. Perhaps someone could learn & benefit from your experience :-)

Good luck in finding what is right for you :-)
