Need Advise

I need a host that is free (im a tight arse ya see ;), hense the reason i posted in this forum) and that supports CGI, SSI and mySQL. Also i would prefer that it has FTP access. No banners are preferable and i would like about 10 MB+ for website and roughly same for database. Also, those ones which just sign you up to a few thousand spamming things, i dont want to do.

All the ones i have looked for so far seem to have either low database space, no ftp access, no mySQL, or just generally rubbish (like waiting a few months just to get the webspace)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Im not getting a job, cos im going to uni soon. The webspace will be just somewhere where i can play with cgi stuff.
