I need a host for an adult site.
this is what I need.

At least 20 mb of space
my domain hosted
Ads: I would like something little, like a banner or so. Not a half page ad. Better if no ads.

additional features like CGI PHP or ASP are welcome :)

actually, im looking for the same thing, no popups, also I NEED CGI, gonna run a TGP or a CJ script :)

damn, FTP and browser upload at majorhost doesn't work. I can login to ftp but I can't upload anything. also the browser upload page is a broken link. That's too bad:(

i tried to ftp and it didnt work either and browser(file manager) didnt work either...oh well i guess

Could you please tell us about the host www.spray.se ?
Does that host allow adult content?
How about CGI?

well, I am quite happy at http://www.coolfreehost.com now., eventhought they popup back consoles on your site, your site remains in front till you close the window. nice:
domain, FTP, PHP, fast.

popups are really negative

I'm Swede. Never used Spray but I very much daubt that they allow adult or have any features at all. They are like (or want to be) Yahoo. I'll check for you. :)

It seems to be divided in Spray and Swedish Tripod, www.tripodnet.nu. Only thing I could find out without registering was that tripodnet is unlimited disk space in 20MB steps. Doesn't look like they support any scripting and I wouldn't think they allow porn.

Yes I am, the rest of the question have already been answered :D
Actually there are no *really* good free webhosts in Sweden
(that´s my opinion at least)

I've actually never used a Swedish host. Lot of comunity crap and hosting as a part of other services.

Hi gyrbo,

I don't agree with you. If you choose popup, you minimize it, you keep your site as it is. It's the best adult hosting service I have ever seen.

Hostonfly have closed signups.I never tried them out, and now that I go there to try, they are closed...:mad:

anyone has an account unused and would be so generous so give it to me? at least for testing? May I see an example of the ads?

Don't try hostonfly,

I have got a adult forum (YaBB 1 - Gold Release) up on hostonfly and sh|t... I can't log in to the admin control panel... I try the YaBB else where and it worked... but not for hostonfly..

As for their ads... it is horrible.. but I must say the server is fast

oh well, I only need hosting for my domain and no ads...or little ads. I dont' need CGI or else.

ehm yes, I am hosted with them , but you see, my visitors aren't happy when they go on popup hell after they leave my site.
The problem is. normal hosts use simple ad banners. Adult hosts instead are crap, they fill your pages with half page ads and that's ridiculous.
