Alrighty here's what I need
150+mb of space
10+gb bandwidth
SQL databases
At least 5 email addresses
PHP
Perl
Subdomains

Preferably with no setup fee

Sounds simple, eh?

Well here's the hard part:
I need to pay on a monthly basis with a check or money order!

I'd appreciate any help offered

hehe now thats an hard part, i'm not sure if many host's allow that, but you can contact the following and find out:

I suggest you contact the host that you would be interested in joining regarding this issue.

Many hosts do allow it, but only if you pay for three months or 6 months in advance.

I know he offers sub domains and also used to offer various forms of payment for hosting orders.

Check out Tera-Byte's (http://www.tera-byte.com) plans... They allow monthly check payments.
