Need A Webhost Asap!

Hi...I am the administrator of the site www.mobileaddict.uni.cc (http://www.mobileaddict.uni.cc) ..... this site at present is being hosted by crazyghost but it seems that they are closing down very soon . My site has been hosted for 15-20 days and already our member count is touching 100 and is increasing steadily . At present we are facing a massive problem with our hosting service and looking for a free hoosting service.

we dont have much time on our hand as they will be closing down in 5 days and we need to find out something in the next two days or even earlier...coz we will be needing a days time to transfer our stuff

I am ready to have text links and ads on the footer on my site.

I require following stuff :

150-200mb webspace
15-20gb bandwidth
ftp
mysql database[unlimited][included in webspace]
php,cgi,asp,phh myadmin
fantastico[optional]
frontpage extensions
cpanel9 preferably 10

optional:
counters
guestbook
anti leech
