1. Are you using the old system or new system?
2. Are you using their hosted DNS, or just trying to change your listed servers?

I am using the new system.
I try to add new host entry but the 'error host unknown to jore' to my mail.

What's happened here is that when joker transferred your domains over to the new system, it also changed the rules regarding who is allowed to modify the contacts or dns info. If you opened a joker account under a particular email address, that email address must also be one of the contacts if you are to modify anything to do with that domain.

So to put it simply, just go to their new site, enter your domain name in the WHOIS box. The information that is returned will tell you which email addresses are allowed to modify the domain.

The problem is you will have to create a new account for these email addresses. Simply go to "forget password?" link, enter the email address and a new password will be sent to you.

Now just login with the new account and you should be able to modify the domain.

I need help too !

I didn't pay much attention to my domain regisrtation and nothing is working anymore. here is my situation.
I took a domain on jocker.com 1year ago (I still have it)
my DNS was on beta.ultradns.com (this one is out of order now)
now
I can acces to joker.com but I don't know what to do to link my domain name to my website (on crosswinds.net)

May someone help me ?
