Webhosting Company For Sale

As my daytime employment requires me to relocate overseas, I am forced to sell my webhosting company urgently. This is a must sell and I will accept the highest offer I receive here on FWS. This is a great money earner and requires very little work – other than a answering a few support questions or setting up new accounts each day.

The company is currently hosted on one large reseller accounts also providing reseller packages. It would be ideal that these be moved over to a dedicated server, but not imperative.

The company currently has 52 customers (almost all are small sites that use minimal resources). The total income is approximately $US270/month (depending on the exchange rate) with expenses at $27.95/month. All customers pay monthly.

Sale includes website (specifically designed for the company, not a template)the domain, all customers, access to all domains customers have purchased, Perl desk software,vBulletin forum and one billing software

The company can be improved significantly and has significant growth potential. I am seeking someone who can provide a high level of service to my customers.

Price: As stated above, I will accept the highest price offered and may provide details of where it is at. Payment is preferred via Paypal, and must cleared before the details are officially handed over.

Interested? Please PRIVATE MESSAGE ME, with an estimated offer and your email. I may require you to agree to a non-disclosure statement.

Many thanks.

If this is supposed to be a bid where the highest offer wins, the bidding should not be by PM. If the bidding is by PM, it's a secret bid. People have no way of knowing for sure what the current offer is.
You are asking people to bid against the phantom.

How much is it going for now? I would like to place a bid around $100-$200.

You just helped the seller by giving some useful information.
The bids have not been made public, so there's no way to really verify. I bet the seller will now say $225. Have you ever hunted for a co-op or a condo in a popular area? Sellers & their agents like to use tricks like that. :wink2:

I wish he would answer my PM and my post as I am willing to offer more than $200 and even more than $400 for the hosting company. I would need to know the site link and all the information I need before I pay for it to make sure it is legit.

You'd pay "even more than $400 for the hosting company" yet no one's bid has been verified. [ah] phu you are not just bidding against the phantom, you are bidding against yourself!

You remind me of the time I brought younger cousins of mine to a neighborhood fair one summer.

I was occupied buying popcorn for one of the kids when suddenly I became aware of the fact that one of my cousins was bidding for a little red wagon you could pull.
Someone else's kid bid 25 cents (that smart kid priced it right), then another shouted "50 cents!"
The kid related to me had no money yet shouted "Six dollars!" Right when the auctioneer was going to say it was sold to my cousin, I rushed up & shouted, "Wait a minute! That kid doesn't have any money!" I'd be damned if I were going to pay $6 for that piece of junk. Then a nice man with a broad brimmed hat bid one dollar and gave it to my cousin.

Have you ever watched an auction or a card game? You have to analyze: how much is this worth? What will be my top price?

Don't reveal your top price right away. Bidding against the phantom is bad enough, bidding against yourself makes you a real sucker.

I appreciate your concern. Everyone have their own ways of doing things and this is how I like to do it. I am not bidding as for yet, just telling him how much I can offer for his hosting if he provide me with some information, my range is from $200-$500. Please don't reply and make a rediculous story of some kid mistake while this is different than your story.

I'd agree with rhianna here, dont show your cards too fast.

Anyways, krisj, this is not a fair auction if we dont even know what we'r purchasing and cant see bids. Either way I suppose you could get more response to your sale inquirery over at ebay.

That would be the most important part that I would like to highlight.
