Hello. Whenever I play a DVD or music on my PC, it skips terribly. I have checked my CDs and DVDs and they have no scratches and it even skips when playing out of the media library. What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for any help!

um.. I opened the box, and the place where you plug in the speakers is in a yellow squarey thing. How do I remove the sound card? I will try to update the drivers

you have integrated audio into your motherboard.. you can't remove it.. your best bet is to just update the drivers for it.
