I upgraded to Namezero's crappy plus service today (just so I can get everything in my name eventually) - BUT I did it via a really terrible PC which just happenned to crash near the end of the sign up procedure. Now when I log into NZ I CAN get rid of the ad frame - but I don't have the option of changing the whois details etc... Am I missing something? I've got an awful feeling that the option to change the whois details were part of the sign up process - which I don't think I got to 100% complete.

Can anyone who has a Plus account remember what I might have missed - I got as far as getting a 'receipt' number. Was there anything important after that?

thanks.

I could get rid of the banner right away after my Plus upgrade but it took months to get the whois listing changed to my name - but I still cannot change the billing contact. Ask @ Plus Support email, they are good at answering questions within 1-2 days.

Should I just give up and do it properly with a new domain? Is there ANYONE who has successfully got their domain safely away from Namezero?

you can change some information (e.g dns) via networksolution, when you reguest (via fax) to change password to a disired one

and you also can transfer your domain out after 60 days to another registrar...

already said in a lot of other threads, as someone else mentioned already before
