i use diggihost sponsor hosting for my new domain names. at the mo and i dont have much bandwidth off them and i was wondering i got someone to link to me on HIS SITE! with MY IMAGE as the code below says

does my site "mysiteurl.ext" use bandwidth or his for it? :confused4

If you have someone create an image link using an image stored on your hosting account, it will use your site' bandwidth..
