i have setup my site at imagecafe (NSI). When i browse it, i seen index of files. I want to use ftp, but i don't know my account number. where will i find it?

Does Network Solutions actually reply to emails other then using a default template reply? Their toll free number is well hidden on their site: 1-800-779-1710

Good luck, last time I called I received a 45 minute hold time.
