Is powerpipe safe?

I wish to buy a domain from powerpipe from there $7.99and this is going to be my first time buying a domain so i wanna know if there site is safe? and what is domain parking?, www.powerpipe.com $7.99

go with http://domainsite.com There good. I have a couple of domains with them. I like the them because the have automatic almost instant (5min) NS changes. And the price is $6.99
