Compactbanner.com, any experiences?

I've placed there javascript on some of my pages t try it out, and this is what I 'earned' yesterday. I this normal?
I made more with google and / or cpr programs..

Date: 2005-01-26
Impressions: 1066
Average CPM Rate: 0.375
Earned: 0.3993

Does it always go by unique and would it be possible to rotate things with anothe cpm provider or would that be a no no?

used them for 2 months last year
never got a check to this date

I used them for in 2002 end and my 50$ was completed in early 2003. They sent out a check after 7 months :p ... NOT RECOMMENDED!
