Where to place an order for a custom template?

Hello,
I need a custom template for my support site (for eMule p2p client)
I think I need only 2 page : home page and normale page (HTML + CSS only)
The template should use eMule logo around the pages and have a good look and feel. I need a very cool one ( and I'd like to pay with Paypal)
Where can I order a custom template? I have never bought one before.
