I bought 3 weeks ago from www.amazon.com a book called Beginnign PHP 5 and MySQL from Novice to Professional. by W. Jason Glimore. So far the books has been easy to follow, and the book even brings an email address so you can write the author with questions you may have, I personally have emailed him twice and he has answer me with a detailed solution in less than 48 hours. There are many other great books but this is the one i PICKED and maybe u should too.
