Yeah, LockerGirl, I may be able to offer small things, but not money or domains. It's for my IRC Network.. which I'm trying to make bigger for everyone to chat on...I make no profit at all. We try to offer a good chat network for users to chat on and have fun on and enjoy themselves.

I'm looking for a site like www.quakenet.org, I do not believe it's all that difficult, but I want something extra, a little horizontal menu going below the banner (If you need an example let me know), but instead of orange, I want it blue. :P

For those interested, we don't need the PHPNuke News thing they have in the site. All we need is the general layout and an index.html page with a content box like they have so I can edit stuff and add text. :)
