-lets me upload and use my own cgi scripts
-no ads (or at least no pop-ups)
-fast, reliable

this is for my personal/blogger page. im currently using virtualave.net, but the 30-second-refreshing pop-ups are really annoying! i used the search, but it only found 5 sites, and they all sucked. please help!

The search is great but one needs to do a manual check and take the reported features as pointers, not the absolute truth.

They did. They are also accepting signups again. I too think they are the best (only?) option.
