Where is the cheapest place to get domain forwarding? Also I will be needing to use a .ca domain, if that makes a difference in answers.

If you want to do it for free, you can use either www.mydomain.com , or www.domaincontroller.com , and then forward it to www.wzr.net , where you can then forward it to wherever you wish and create as many sub-domains as you wish.

i like http://www.netweaver.com but dont know if they allow you to use .ca domains.

im not sure if zoneedit supports .ca domains but they offer a great free service

it may be a bit more reliable and nameservers not that overloaded...
