As a matter of fact I can. its really easy and tastes pretty good. Well actually there are two:
2 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp baking powder
1cup sugar
1cup mayonnaise
1cup water
1tsp vanilla.
4tbs cocoa
just sift all the dry stuff and add the rest and beat it till its all smooth. put it in a pan and bake it. 350F 30 minutes
Its wierd you asked because i made this cake yesterday for someone's birthday (yes i am a nice guy)
If you want i have a more elite recipe that requires more tie and effort.

here is one of my cake making attempts for a friends birthday where I used to work (we had access to an industrial kitchen)
Some people may find it offensive so don't look if that's you
One of My Cakes (http://the-antichrist.com/meow/cake.html)
the following year we made an even better one modeled on the imagined bedroom antics of her and her boyfriend (who also worked with us) sadly no photo's of that epic design exist.

I hate martha stewart and anyhting to do with her. I performed a mass burning of about 400 martha stewart living magazines. I think i might be able to dig up some pictures.
I hope she gets eaten by a venus flytrap.

You know... I usually expect cake to be sweet, not sour...

When using Baking Soda and Baking Powder, don't get the two mixed up, you can really screw up whatever you are doing. Like the Cake goes sour when you use Baking Soda when it ask for Baking Powder. How do I know? I done it before by accident.
