A question regarding Frontpage and webhosts

When you look at lists of webhosts there is a category stating FTP, bRowser, Frontpage etc etc

Now am I right to assume that Frontpage is not there that they do not accept Frontpage extensions???

I guess you can assume that. But you can never be 100% sure. Maybe sometimes they forget to list some fetures, or the host adds a feture later but the database is not updated.
