To sum up all the questions in this thread (hoping that hthost answers them):
Is sub-domains allowed? Is uni.cc allowed?
How do you setup MySQL database?
Why are personal information required (e.g. mailing address)?
What do you get out of this?

I have been using this, pretty decent, they only accept Top Level domains(.com, .net, .org ect..), uni.cc are not top level domains.

Same issue...my domain is http://www.neowulf.uni.cc and its not working as a domain sign up on the page
