Whats the best registrar for transfering domains...

I am kinda new at this stuff...

www.stargateinc.com seems good.

registerfly.com is i believe $7.95 for transfers. and they have a good control panel you can sign up for a free account and then add your domains if you choose but it will give you a good look at the control panel
