Hello. I have been looking for somewhere to host my website for quite a while, and am getting pretty bogged down with the whole thing. I can't find what I'm looking for. This is what I want:

either FTP or browser-enabled file manipulation
I'd like to write my own code (none of these cheap you-don't- need-HTML things)
CGI hosting where I can make my own perl programs
NO ADS of any sort at all!

I think this is a pretty simple request, but I can't find anyone that offers it. can anyone help me with this? :p

I did a search and it retunred these resluts;
http://www.freewebspace.net/php/search.php?form_hostType=REG&a=1&form_language=English&form_location=&form_upload%5B%5D=ftp&form_space=0&form_adType=No+ads&form_features%5B%5D=CGI&form_features%5B%5D=SSI&i=10&b=0&submit=Search

http://www.f2s.com (for some reason not listed in the results above)

Of course, this would get better responses on the free hosting forum instead of free services.

Peo doesn't add f2s cause the ones in a while shut down sign-ups. It would be hard to always check and adjust it.

I use www.NBCI.com the offer unlimited free webspace. I am not sure if they allow for CGI scripts but, it does have FTP file manipulation capability.

Its worth a look.
